My wife and I found the Portland Quality Roofing and its owners, the Rivas Brothers, to be an absolute please to deal with on our re-roofing project. We give this company, and its owners, our highest consumer rating. We chose to use Malarkey Roofing's Windsor XL shingles (Malarkey's best shingle) and were very satisfied with the installation by Portland Quality Roofing and its team.
